LIST OF INDUSTRIAL ZONES IN VIETNAM
1. INDUSTRIAL ZONES IN SOUTH OF VIETNAM
To restructure the region's economy in orientation of improving efficiency and competitiveness, prioritizing investment into many industries with potentials, advantages, high labor productivity and knowledge content, associated with promoting strong linkages between branches, economic sectors of provinces in Southern region.
Approved by the Prime Minister of Vietnam in Decision No.252/QD-TTg dated February 13th, 2014, the plan is the basis for adjusting, submitting and implementing plans for development of Vietnam industries. This plan should be the basis for development strategies of industry sectors modernly in the Southern Region, of which developing industrial zones for is one of the key factors to create industrial environment.

2. WHICH PROVINCES ARE IN SOUTHERN ECONOMIC ZONES?
The Southern key economic region (including Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Long An, and Tien Giang) is a developed economic region with high growth rate. With stable and high economic growth rate, this region seems to be a pioneer in the industrialization and modernization of Vietnam, leading the development of a number of advanced manufacturing and service industries, especially in the industries of textile, food, electronics, software, commercial services, logistics, finance, telecommunications, tourism, etc. contributing to quality, efficiency and international competitiveness enhancement; creating a driving force for the socio-economic development of Vietnam.
